Exceptional in every way. More than 5 stars
"I've been using this truly excellent eye cream for a couple of weeks now, and feel like I can write an informed review. To begin, I recommend it without reservation. It is a rich but not greasy, unscented, non-irritating cream that feels almost dense at first, but warms immediately on contact with the skin, and it melts into the delicate underye and eye lid skin like silk. I began using it at night, and I could see and feel benefits by the next morning, however I wanted to continue to use it to see if it provided more than just hydration. And oh my gosh, it does. After twelve or thirteen days of twice daily use my undereye and eye lid skin is less crepey and more hydrated; my crow's feet are (I can't believe I'm typing this) almost filled in, with the exception of the two etched lines I have that are deeper than the others, though those look less deep. I have less undereye congestion on waking. But I'm blown away by the fact that I am actually experiencing less undereye darkness: no product, ever, has lessened the circles under my eyes before this one. Each day the skin around my eyes looks more plump, feels thicker, and I am experiencing the kind of "contouring" result that both Shiseido and Clarins products at $150-250 promised and failed to deliver. I use it around my lips and in my nasolabial folds and I am watching my fine lines plump and soften. I really don't know how to express how outstanding this eye treatment is, or how vehemently I encourage everyone to try it. For reference I am 52, take good care of my diet, my exercise regimen and my skin; I have been using high end, Western products including Lancome, Clarins, and Estee Lauder for over 25 years, and I have never used a better eye cream, nor will I use another, after trying this gem. I am an avid admirer of Manyo products and have been using a number of them happily for a couple of years now, but brand loyalty alone couldn't induce me to write this review. It made me happy to experience good results, but I am over the moon about this one. It would shock me if this didn't win all sorts of awards, and it absolutely wipes the floor with competitor's products that cost more by orders of magnitude. Based on my twice daily usage I think a tube will last at least three months, and probably more like four and a half. So the value here is extraordinary, as is this eye cream. I will buy this for as long as Manyo continues to make it, with so much gratitude. It wears well under makeup BTW, and doesn't pill or in any way do anything except give me everything I have longed for in an eye cream. Do try it."
