Orders & Shippings

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After you place an order on manyo.us, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order. Please check your junk/spam folder in case our communication was filtered.

The order confirmation email you receive does not confirm your order is being fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email to confirm. If we cannot fulfill your order, a customer service representative will contact you.

What should I do if I did not receive confirmation email after placing an order?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, kindly reach out to us at info@manyo.us or Contact Us page with your name, phone number and item list that you purchase.

Can I cancel or modify an order once it has been placed?

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us at info@manyo.us immediately after the order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on volume.

What should I do if I receive wrong product?

Please contact us at info@manyo.us with photos of the items you received and the packing slip in the box, and we'll assist with getting the right products to you.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment has been processed. If you make an order on Friday, it will be shipped off the next week. Please expect some delay during public holidays.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How much is the shipping?

It varies depending on number of items, size, weight and carrier. You can find estimated shipping cost at checkout. But we offer you free shipping if you purchase above $50.

Where can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@manyo.us

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@manyo.us. However, you are unable to make any change after the order has been fulfilled.

Where's my package?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder or reach out to us at info@manyo.us

How do I become a rewards member?

If you already have an account on manyo.us, then congratulations you are a member!

Where can I find my redeemable points?

Make sure you are signed in to your account and then look for the Rewards launcher on the lower right corner of your browser window to access your Manyo Rewards information.

Do my points expire?

No, points never expire!

Can I still earn points for my previous transaction(s)?

Points will only start to accrue on purchases made after you’ve joined the rewards program.

When will I receive my points?

Earned points are reflected in your Manyo Rewards account immediately after a qualifying social action is performed except for making purchases and celebrating your birthday.

What happens to my points if I return something?

Points that have been redeemed towards a purchase will be refunded to your Manyo Rewards account in the event that an item is returned.

Can I use my points in combination with promo codes?

Points cannot be combined with any other offer that involves a promotional code.  Only one promotional code can be applied per order.

Can I redeem multiple rewards in the same transaction?

Multiple reward codes cannot be redeemed in the same transaction as our system only allows one promotional code to be applied per order. 

I'm not receiving reward points after making purchases. What should I do?

To prevent abusing reward points, rewards from purchases are designed to be delayed for 3 days from the date you made the purchase. If you are not receiving the points even after 3 days, kindly contact us at info@manyo.us or through the form in Contact us page! 

I'm not receiving rewards to celebrate my birthday. What should I do?

Your birthday has to be at least 31 days away from the current date to receive a birthday reward. This is to prevent abusing reward program. Please send us an email or inquiry through the form in Contact us page if you have any questions.

Returns

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. They must be in original condition. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping except for the return with valid reason(wrong item sent, damaged, defective)

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, our packaging meet the recycling standards for glass, PP, and PET.

Are your products safe for pregnant women?

Our products are likely safe to use during pregnancy, we recommend you consult with your doctor in order to be sure this is the right fit for you.

Do you test your products on animals?

We strongly stand by animal wellbeing and our products are cruelty-free.

What is your product's shelf life?

Our products are vegan and made with natural plant extracts which means a shelf life of 2 years or less, so we want you to know our products are created with the freshest of ingredients.
